Sometimes it is necessary to perform a full factory reset. Maybe you just want to start all over, or maybe you want to move your CSB to a new network.

We provide 2 ways to do this:

1. Log into your CSB and select </> Advanced from the right sidebar.
2. Copy the link from the Full Reset section.
3. Paste the link into your browsers address bar and hit ENTER.

1. Unplug network and power cables.
2. Plug in the power cable ONLY.
3. After 5 minutes, your CSB will do a reset on its own and turn off.

After performing a factory reset, just plug your CSB again, and setup will start all over as if it were new.
